Compared to the last crew I used, these landscape services providers actually tested the soil with a probe and checked the grading with a laser level before suggesting any changes. The previous provider just trimmed and left, but their team explained how drainage was affecting the lawn and adjusted the slope accordingly. They even reset the irrigation timer as an extra step I hadn’t asked for, which saved me a separate service call. Since then, runoff hasn’t pooled near the foundation.
